The Jingle Bell Jog is an annual 10K race & 5K run 5K walk sponsored by Special Forces Association “The Green Berets” Chapter VII. 100% of the proceeds go to SFA Ch. 7, a Veterans non-profit all volunteer organization that provides support to families of 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), with emphasis on providing support to the families of fallen warriors who made the ultimate sacrifice. The event commemorates the members and families of our nation’s Quite Professionals. The event will be held on Saturday December 14, 2013 in Fort Walton Beach, FL beginning and ending at Uptown Station. There will be prizes, costume contests, raffles, music, food and fun after the race!

RACE ROUTE

The Jingle Bell Jog route begins at Uptown Station Fort Walton Beach, Florida; travels South down Eglin Parkway (Highway 85) turning left, East onto Perry Ave SE (Highway 145) continuing along Perry Ave SE to Miracle Strip Parkway SE (Highway 98) turning left, East onto Miracle Strip Parkway SE, across Brooks Bridge to the intersection of Santa Rosa Boulevard and Miracle Strip Parkway (Highway 98). *THIS IS THE 5K TURN AROUND*

The 10K route loops North West traveling under Brooks Bridge and back onto Santa Rosa Boulevard traveling West on Santa Rosa Boulevard to the intersection of Porpoise Avenue and returns along the same route.
